Our Better Life Care Packages give clients a sustainable, flexible way to access their care while providing regular payments for each franchise.

We currently offer four packages that clients can sign up for on a monthly basis that offer a more bespoke service than traditional task-orientated hourly care. This helps our clients attain a better quality of life and gives their families peace of mind that their loved ones are being taken care of.

Package 1: Happiness & Wellbeing

Life is about enjoyment, not just attending to our physical needs.

This package is the ideal fit for people who are independent-minded, enabling them to maintain a good quality of life and stave off loneliness.

They may need a little extra help around the house with cleaning or cooking. You could be called on to take them shopping, to take them out to a social event or simply spend time chatting with them. The package includes nutritional guidance, a phone call to the family and activities to promote good mental health. We also like to match clients with care professionals based on similar interests.

For new franchisees, this is a great way to start earning money while you wait for your CQC registration as there is no personal care involved.

Package 2: Comfort, Safety & Care

Everyone has the right to live an independent life.

This package is for those who need some assistance with personal care such as washing, dressing or medication and who cannot manage on their own.

We help our clients to feel safe and comfortable in their own homes, maintaining their independence while ensuring they feel secure as their basic needs are being met.

The Comfort, Safety & Care package includes nutritional guidance, access to a 24-hour emergency line, one community link and a call to a family member. We’ll liaise with the client’s doctors and other health workers to ensure consistency across the services. We also like to include activities to encourage mental wellbeing based on the client’s preferences.

Package 3: Dignity & Support

This package was designed for those living with a long-term health condition who need specialist care as well as personal care.

This includes conditions such as dementia, MS or terminal illnesses like cancer, where the client wishes to die in their own home. We offer support for their individual needs and treat them with the dignity they deserve.

The professionals selected to administer this care are experts in the delivery of long-term health care and palliative care. They’re there to offer emotional support to families and will also work alongside the client’s health professionals so everyone is on the same page regarding treatment. Additionally, clients have access to a 24-hour emergency line so we can assist in all eventualities.

Package 4: Support & Tech

Not everyone needs someone to look after them, but it helps families to know their loved ones are safe.

With the Tech and Support package, families get that peace of mind so they can go about their everyday lives without worry and anxiety.

From just £25.38 per week, we can install a motion sensor, hydration sensor and a door sensor to help families check their loved one’s mobility, sleep quality and also know they’re getting enough food and water to keep them fighting fit. We can also alert families if something doesn’t seem right so they know to call around. The package comes with a wellbeing call and optional extras such as a community link and care hours.

You don’t need your CQC registration to fulfil the technology package, so you can begin selling this service along with the Happiness & Wellbeing package as soon as you launch.
