Apollo Care was created by Cheryl White in 2011 to tackle the issue of low-quality domiciliary care provision. Cheryl is a trained community nurse with over 15 years’ experience, so she knew exactly what needed to happen and started offering a different kind of care service – One where service users can feel safe, loved and wouldn’t have to make so many compromises to access the care they desperately need.
Cheryl later franchised the Apollo Care business so that other compassionate individuals could benefit from this established care model to reach more vulnerable adults throughout the country.
As a business owner, you will receive the support and mentorship to guide your franchise towards success, as well as an enviable package of resources, training and management tools that have worked for our other franchises.

As well as complying with the Care Quality Commission standards for care, we set high standards to meet our Investors in People status, as people are at the very core of what we do!

Through training, support, personal development and mentorship we will help you to become the best Franchise Manager you can be.
You will have so much support from us to set your business up and throughout the lifetime of your Franchise. At the beginning of your journey we will give you practical things like policies and procedures, a proven HR system and a dedicated Head Office team to assist you. Help with marketing in your chosen area and staff and client recruitment will also be given and material such as leaflets will be supplied.
A yearly audit and two territory visits will be mandatory to support you with your personal development and business growth. A comprehensive training plan will also be on offer every year, for you to pick and choose from, if you decide you need additional support. Some of these sessions will be offered free of charge and some will come at a small cost.
Apart from the initial Franchise fee that you will pay, there will be other costs that you will have to consider. Details of these figures are in the Financial Information Memorandum (FIM) that you can obtain by request.
The answer to this is NO. However, you do have to be the right kind of person that we are looking for. We have spoken about this in some detail in a previous section of this prospectus but in short, you need to have a caring nature, work hard and really want to make a difference in people’s lives. If you have no background in care at all, we can appoint a Care Manager to you for support and guidance. We will encourage and inspire you to progress in your own self development and give you opportunities to attain formal managerial qualifications in time.
As with any venture, the amount of success you will have is completely dependent on the amount of effort and hard work you put in. The business opportunity is huge, with people looking after themselves, living longer and wanting to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible. At some point in their lives every person will come to a point where they will need to consider care; whether it would be for a family member or themselves. With the tools and support you will get from the team, there is no limit or restrictions on how successful you could be.
