Franchisee Support Manager
Hi my name is Dawn and I am Apollo Care's Franchisee Support Manager.
I support the members of the Head Office team as well as all the individual franchise managers. I arrange twice yearly territory visits along with an annual audit. This is where we discuss things like business growth and their future personal development and business plans.
I help with a variety of tasks such as organising training events, assist with interviews, analyse the KPI data and lead with the Investors in People reviews and accreditation.
I love my role and it gives me great job satisfaction when I see our managers develop both personally in management skills and in business.
